Clinical Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the physician or registered nurse, the LPN/VN duties include: Delivery of comprehensive nursing care including prompt medical emergency response, prevention, treatment, and follow-up for occupational injuries/illnesses, referrals, and non-Rx medications. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert on work-related claims and claim statuses, collaboration with TPA claims adjusters and onsite claim management, collaborating with stakeholders, employees, and treatment providers.
