Elwyn seeks a Case Manager, who will be responsible for the general daily care of program clients, providing counseling and advocacy in a therapeutic setting to assist young adult through geriatric clients with chronic mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Demonstrated (basic, intermediate, advanced) experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Access, Publisher and report-writer experience preferred.
