The Senior Project Manager will act as an extension of an owner’s design and construction staff, overseeing the work of general contractors, designers and vendors for multiple locations and lead full program delivery including, pre-construction services (bid, permit, schedule), construction oversight (construction, change orders, invoicing, punch lists), and project closeout. The Senior Construction Project Manager acts as an owners representative leading programs consisting of multiple restaurant and retail TI projects inside airport terminals for one of Sevan's leading clients.
