The position provides leadership in claims administration, litigation management, loss prevention, regulatory compliance, third party adjusting and vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring compassionate care for injured employees and prudent stewardship of Church resources. Coordinating and overseeing litigation management protocols with the Office of General Counsel, Church legal counsel (Kirton & McConkie), local retained counsel, third-party administrators, insurance adjusters, private investigators, medical providers, and expert witnesses.
