You will: Set up tables, buffet line if appropriate, linens, silverware, glassware, and napkins Provide tables and buffet line service including drink orders, serving menu items, and clearing tables Pour a variety of beverages and ensure appropriate drinking age and monitor guest consumption of alcohol following all company and state guidelines Become well-versed on menu items and ingredients Provide menu and general park information to guests Restock buffet line, food stations and dessert table Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction Bus tables and roll silverware Maintain facility cleanliness Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests Perform other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed: High school diploma or equivalent At least 21 years old Three or more months of experience in a full-service restaurant or comparable catering events Tray service experience or previous banquet serving experience preferred What else is important: Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
