The Building Manager for the Rockville Manufacturing Center (RMC), a GMP cell therapy manufacturing facility, is responsible for the safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of site facility services, including GMP cleaning, pest control program, site business continuity plan, site security, café and catering services, workplace amenities, and associated third-party providers. Working closely with peer groups within the Facilities & Engineering group, SHE, Quality, Security, Procurement, Finance, IT, and site leadership, the role ensures service continuity, employee wellbeing, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness in a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment.
