Duties include, but are not limited to; reading contracts, ensuring food gets to the event by the established deadline, following the established food portioning guidelines, manufacture and presentation of all catered food which includes cold trays, cold & hot sauces, hors d'oeuvre trays, meat & seafood, pasta, small amounts of baking, and food production for special events such as specialty dinners as well as holidays and property-wide events.
