Generate new banquet, catering, and event business across assigned properties through prospecting, cold calling, in-person sales visits, networking events, trade shows, and community outreach. Oversee onsite event execution, collaborating with Sales Managers, property leadership, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure proper setup, service, timing, and fulfillment of contracted details.
