Partners with senior leadership to identify, align, and execute opportunities to improve business performance and meet or beat plan, including effective communication and alignment with key stakeholders across finance, operations, clinical leadership, COEs, and central business teams. Manages and directs the efforts of assigned managers, analysts, or other finance team members and is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, managing performance, developing, and engaging personnel to maintain a skilled and productive workforce that meets or exceeds business goals.
