In this role, the Chief Revenue Officer is accountable for driving better integration and alignment between revenue related functions, including but not limited to payer and employer contracting, pricing, patient access, billing and collections, coding, HIM, charging, financial counseling and customer service, revenue optimization, collection effectiveness, government programs, government affairs, revenue management, and marketing with a goal to ensure Hoosiers have access to high value, exceptional care. The Chief Revenue Officer ensures that IU Health revenue strategy optimally supports the IU Health Vision and aligns with IU Health's Values, while also driving the health system's long-term profitability and pricing strategy that balances consumer value from a total cost of care perspective with a sustainable margin that will support IU Health's long term financial plan.
