Provide leadership, coaching, consultation, and professional development to Directors and program leaders overseeing CORE Crisis Services and Trueblood programs , including support in managing the unique clinical, operational, regulatory, and system-partnership requirements associated with crisis and forensic behavioral health services. The Senior Director ensures that CORE Crisis Services and Trueblood Services operate within a coordinated system of care and works collaboratively with internal programs and external partners to improve access, engagement, stabilization, continuity of care, and outcomes for individuals with complex behavioral health needs.
