Obtain Learning Certification for the site in order to manage back-end data of all learn-space records (registration, compliance tracking, documentation, audit readiness, etc.).Responsible for governance of all site-specific and safety-critical learning requirements, inclusive of but not limited to:Forklift and material handling equipment certificationEHS Policy, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), GMP, and compliance trainingFacilitating walkthroughs of HR platforms and manufacturing tools (e.g., One Profile, digital learning kiosks, etc.)Serve as the training subject matter expert during internal and external plant compliance audits (e.g., EHS, Quality/GMP, safety audits), ensuring training matrices and records are fully up to date and audit ready.
