Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Lead all financial responsibilities for assigned properties, including annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, capital planning, monthly financial reporting, operating expense analysis, and oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and tenant delinquencies. This role is responsible for implementing financial, operational, construction, and leasing initiatives in accordance with established policies, budgets, and business objectives, while working collaboratively with Lillibridge leadership, Wexford Asset Management, tenants, vendors, and property staff.
