Supervises, develops and maintains ongoing maintenance operation for hotel, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventive maintenance, hotel rooms, HVAC units, ice machines, lighting, kitchen equipment, snow removal, emergency generators, water softeners, switch rooms, roof exhausts, electrical substations, etc. Thinks critically and objectively; has excellent problem solving skills and has the ability to make quick decisions based on business demands; manages multiple priorities and deadlines to accomplish goals in a timely manner.
