5 South Neuroscience: CVA, TBI, seizure, AMS, spinal fusion, craniotomy, degenerative disease, post-trauma, and angiogram patients; IV starts, blood draws from central lines, trach care, PEG, NGT, colostomy/ostomy, wound care, chest tubes, surgical site care, C-collar, abdominal binders, and restraints. 5 North MedSurg/Oncology: MS/oncology, palliative care, and ETOH withdrawal patients; all patient types except stroke and MI; high-acuity, fast-paced MedSurg; 1:4-5 ratio; trach care, chest tubes, PEG tubes, wound care, drains, foleys, IV starts, and chemo administration if certified.
