Engineering Operations, Facilities Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance: Oversees the safe, efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heaters, pumps, valves, and steam and water distribution; refrigeration units; air and gas compressors; plumbing and water treatment systems; fire and life safety systems; electrical systems and motors; locks; and carpentry components. Uses tools and works on heavy machinery, including air handlers, chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, filtration and pool systems, generators, sprinkler systems, alarms, and kitchen equipment.
