What you'll be doing: Lead office, lab, garage, and other commercial real estate transactions across the Americas, including leases, renewals, expansions, contractions, and subleases. Ability to review and negotiate letters of intent, leases, subleases, licenses, work letters, amendments, and related agreements, supported by financial analysis and Excel modeling.
