ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : The CFO is responsible for the overall financial management of JFC, including accounting oversight, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash management, investment and endowment oversight, financial reporting, audit coordination, compliance, internal controls, donor-advised fund stewardship, and long-range financial planning. Operating within JFC’s Shared Business Services (SBS) model, the CFO partners closely with the Managing Director on operational integration, shared systems, finance team alignment, and cross-functional collaboration while leveraging SBS infrastructure and organizational support capabilities.
