This role serves as the primary on-site IT resource and is responsible for providing system reliability, network security, and end-user support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, technically strong, and capable of independently managing IT operations, escalation, and infrastructure support.

<p>Systems Administrator (Mandarin Speaking)</p><p>IT Systems Administrator responsible for supporting, maintaining,<br/>and optimizing the company’s full IT operations. This role serves as the primary on-site IT resource and is responsible for providing system reliability, network security, and end-user support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<br/>The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, technically strong, and capable of independently managing IT operations, escalation, and infrastructure support.</p><p>Essential Duties<br/>Technical Support & End-User Services</p><ul><li>Provide direct IT support for local employees in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues or escalate as needed</li><li>Support Microsoft Office applications, Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint, domain file systems, and collaboration tools</li><li>Assist with setup and support of video conferencing systems for domestic and international meetings</li><li>Maintain strong communication with end users and management regarding issue status and resolution </li></ul><p>Systems Administration (Servers & Applications)</p><ul><li>Install, configure, maintain, and support physical and virtual servers and related infrastructure</li><li>Support Microsoft Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies</li><li>Administer email systems and support Outlook client configuration and troubleshooting</li><li>Support enterprise applications including OEM Teamcenter and other internal systems</li><li>Maintain Windows server environments and virtualized infrastructure (VMware or equivalent)</li><li>Perform system monitoring, patching, backups, and performance maintenance</li></ul><p>Network Infrastructure & Security</p><ul><li>Support and maintain LAN/WAN environments, including switches, routers, and network devices</li><li>Configure and support TCP/IP services including DNS, DHCP, and SMTP</li><li>Manage firewall administration and overall IT security controls</li><li>Support VPN and remote access connectivity</li><li>Assist with planning and implementation of network improvements and upgrades</li></ul><p>IT Asset & Vendor Management</p><ul><li>Maintain inventory of IT assets including hardware, software, printers, and licenses</li><li>Assist HR with IT onboarding and offboarding (equipment setup and access provisioning)</li><li>Work with Finance to obtain quotes, process purchase requests, and track IT procurement</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service support</li></ul><p>Infrastructure, Projects & Support</p><ul><li>Participate in IT infrastructure projects including system installations, upgrades, and network expansions</li><li>Support international and multi-site connectivity and system coordination as needed</li><li>Assist with structured cabling, hardware deployment, and system rollouts</li><li>Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes</li><li>Support backup systems, disaster recovery processes, and system continuity planning</li></ul><p>Other Duties</p><ul><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p>Minimum Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Administration, or related field preferred</li><li>3–5+ years of IT systems administration or advanced IT support experience</li><li>Strong experience with Windows desktop and server environments (Windows Server, Windows 10/11)</li><li>Experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365 preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN)</li><li>Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP, Teamcenter, or similar manufacturing systems preferred)</li><li>Experience in multi-site or manufacturing environments strongly preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p>Skills & Competencies</p><ul><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability</li><li>Ability to work independently as the primary IT resource</li><li>Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple urgent tasks in a high-pressure environment</li><li>High level of accountability, ownership, and responsiveness</li></ul><p>Additional Requirements</p><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>Ability to work overtime or respond to urgent issues as needed</li><li>Ability to attend early morning or evening international meetings if required</li><li>Travel: Less than 10%</li></ul>

Position Description: The K-8 Foreign Language Teacher provides high-quality instruction that develops students’ proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the target language while fostering appreciation for diverse cultures and global citizenship.
