Review construction contractor's deficiencies in performance and other factors impacting, or with the potential to impact, timely execution of the project, and provide written comments and proposed correspondence to the COR regarding responsibility and corrective actions to be taken by contractor, Government, designer, etc. Licensed Building Inspector or Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/ Quality Assurance Representative with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant field experience working in construction/renovation/modernization mechanical disciplines of work.
