Claims handled may include Automobile Collision and Comprehensive coverages, Automobile Property Damage, Commercial General Liability (CGL) property damage, Commercial General Liability (CGL) sewer backup, and other casualty or commercial liability exposures depending on the assigned client program. This role manages claims of varying complexity based on level and works collaboratively with claimants, insureds, attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective claim resolution.
