As a Service Advisor with Lucky’s Truck and Trailer Sales & Dimmick Group Peterbilt, you will be responsible for: Essential Duties: Greet customers, listen to their descriptions of problems or service needs, and ask clarifying questions to help diagnose issues. Educate customers on recommended services, maintenance plans, and products, tactfully identifying opportunities for additional work and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
