Responsibilities for the NP/PA who joins our team will include outpatient management, clinical decision making, procedures according to credentialing, complex care decisions, independent outpatient clinics for post-operative patients, pre- operative patients, hemorrhoid, ostomy issues, and complex wound management patients. The colorectal team at HUP/ CPUP is part of the Department of Surgery and provides care to patients undergoing surgery for disorders including but not exclusive to colon cancer, As an NP/PA on this service you will be part of a high functioning inter-professional team who is responsible for the management of complex colorectal surgical patients.
