Responsibilities of this position include: Obtains and records a complete, accurate health history; performs a complete physical, including laboratory studies or radiology examinations; performs or recommends age-appropriate screening procedures; assesses the patient's and family's psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, physiologic and environment needs and priorities; diagnoses common acute or chronic conditions, illness, or minor trauma.
