Remains current in knowledge of community agencies and resources, both internally and externally, and how to access resources in order to provide information, referrals, and a seamless system of care for individuals served by the program. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assures ongoing development, implementation, and successful operation of program services in compliance with applicable CARF, state licensure, state contract, health and safety, and other agency policies and procedures.
