Manage and drive Key Performance Indicators such as units per hour, units per visit, patient visits per case, cancellations, referrals, and trends in patient billing per individual clinician. While providing patient care as a therapist, the Clinic Director assumes responsibility and accountability for the planning, provision and coordination of all aspects of direct patient care in the clinic according to the established policies and procedures.
