Patient population includes med/surg, cardiac, orthopedic (hips/knees/shoulders), post-surgical, COPD, CHF, pneumonia, CVA, falls, weakness, Parkinson's, failure to thrive, respiratory, neuro, trachs, trauma, AKA/BKA, and ADL-focused cases. Skilled in assessment, ortho and neuro treatment, cardiopulmonary/circulatory care, home exercise programs, patient/family education, and documentation including OASIS and billing.
