As part of the Family Services team, the Problem-Solving Coordinator also known as "Diversion" or "Rapid Resolution", is a crisis response philosophy and approach that focuses on supporting individuals and families experiencing a housing crisis to quickly identify and access alternative housing resources outside of the homeless crisis response system. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
