Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of Arisa Health, the Director of Clinical Services & Residential provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that clinical and residential programs have the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow services and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Primary responsibilities include budgeting and financial performance of the service area, facilitation of daily operations, administrative and clinical oversight, compliance with policies and procedures, program development, maintaining effective working relationships with external relationships, quality of clinical services, outcomes, and clinical supervision and training (as appropriate).
