A Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in good standing Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience, including progressive leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations, ethics, and best practices Preferred experience in community-based nonprofit or culturally specific programs Experience with grant-funded programs and outcome reporting Bilingual or multilingual skills aligned with client population.
