Delegates shift duties appropriately including but not limited to chart checks, defib/refrigerator logs, abnormal lab follow up and documentation, cleaning and stocking rooms, checking rooms for outdated supplies, pulling trash/linen as needed. The Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with the Director is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility and strategic goals of the unit.
