This role is responsible for providing effective leadership and life cycle facilities engineering expertise for all TCC infrastructure as related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, gases, HVAC, vertical transportation, lighting, building automation systems, emergency and normal power systems, waste handling, specialized training support, and associated systems of Tarrant County College District (TCCD) Facilities. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Real Estate and Facilities, develops, administers, and monitors budgets for the renewal, replacement and expansion of building systems and facilities infrastructure; manages annual budget as assigned for timely execution of work and ensures effective coordination for the planning and preparation of engineering projects and budgets.
