We partner with primary care providers to improve the engagement and management of their Medicaid patients, offering independent practices with specialized resources and clinical programs to close gaps in care. During your initial 17-week training period, you’ll participate in daily live instruction, interactive learning modules, role plays, teach-backs, and practice sessions with real patients.
