Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Management, Fabrication, Procurement, Construction, Operations, HS&E, and Quality Control personnel to coordinate technical requirements, resolve design or fabrication issues, and support safe, efficient execution from design through commissioning. Provide clear, timely technical communication and documentation to management, inspectors, and project stakeholders regarding engineering decisions, quality status, nonconformances, and compliance risks, proactively addressing impacts to safety, constructability, cost, or schedule.
