This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft Applies engineering knowledge of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical components in evaluation of components for assembly and subassembly repair/design Directly supports Sub-contractors and Suppliers to ensure their electronic components are qualified for client usage per the contract and the Parts Management Plan Significant experience with a harsh environment/high reliability design environment, including previous aerospace, medical device, automotive, or industrial design/application experience. Incorporates Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), LEAN and Quality principles into (1) materials and processes, (2) research and qualification, (3) work procedures and (4) lab testing and qualification Supports, establishes work statements, defines strategies, and/or provides consultation with peers while keeping management informed Significant experience with military and/or industry specifications.
