Lead all aspects of event security operations for NBA/WNBA games, concerts, family shows, and private events including deployment, response and communications ensuring staff coverage is appropriate for each event profile. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement ongoing training programs for part-time staff covering emergency response, crowd management, de-escalation, access control, and arena policies.
