Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering; Minimum of five (5) years of relevant engineering experience in project development, construction or operations; Relevant renewable generation industry experience, in particular, solar, storage, wind and hydro generation technologies, is strongly preferred; Work ethic highlighted by willingness to "roll up the sleeves" to get into the details required to get the job done; Proven ability to lead and project manage cross-functional, dispersed teams to support key commercial, diligence and other transaction initiatives; Proven experience in negotiation and relationship management abilities; Excellent influence and communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, peers, partners and other stakeholders.
