This role builds and manages the federated model that ties equipment layouts, utilities, structure, and MEP together; runs clash detection and spatial coordination before anything is issued for installation; uses reality capture to keep the model true to the site; and hands over an accurate as-built to operations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.• 3+ years hands-on BIM/VDC experience on industrial, manufacturing, or high-tech facility projects (semiconductor, battery, solar, automotive, data center).•
