This role provides a full range of refrigerant management technical services in support of ORNL facilities and operations, including regulatory interpretation, equipment and refrigerant inventory management, leak and service record review, disposal and recovery oversight, reporting, replacement planning for aging equipment, and implementation of applicable SBMS procedures. The position routinely coordinates across maintenance, engineering, operations, project teams, and environmental compliance staff, and may lead small to medium projects related to refrigerant compliance program improvement, equipment tracking, and regulatory reporting processes.
