This position will also lead initiatives in clinical access, crisis response, service capacity, and continuity of care; support Program Directors with workforce planning, staffing models, and productivity expectations; and oversee quality and customer service data, utilization management, grievances, and appeals. This position will serve as the primary link between Clinical Operations and Finance, overseeing how CPT, HCPCS, and other service codes are applied, documented, and billed in compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, MDHHS, and payer requirements.
