Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to: promoting safety and ensuring a safe working environment monitoring driver s time and ELD logs reviewing coaching Drive Cam videos ensuring drivers and catchers arrive on time at the farm and plant working with catch contractor s Live Haul Manager and driver supervisor to ensure operations run as smoothly as possible making changes to the catch and haul schedule supervising and or helping personnel in the repair of cages and performing other responsibilities as the need arises. People Leaders should demonstrate the ability to drive responsible AI adoption, enable effective use of approved solutions, identify opportunities to improve team performance through AI, and ensure accountability for the quality and accuracy of AI-supported outcomes.
