Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Required)5+ of FP&A experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and ERP softwareUnderstanding of manufacturing cost structures, capital expenditures, and inventory managementPrevious experience managing direct reports Ability to go on site 5 days a weekSalary $115-130k plus bonus.
