This position works closely with onsite teams, Regional Managers, Accounting, and legal partners to maintain accurate resident ledgers, improve collections, reduce delinquency, and support overall financial performance. Physical Demands: Light (occasional up to 25 pounds) – Sit for extended periods, occasional lifting, reaching, handling paperwork, operating office equipment, and occasional travel to communities.
