The role also requires experience in revenue cycle management principles to strengthen financial performance, including oversight of revenue capture, reimbursement, denials, collections, accounts receivable, and related performance indicators, while coordinating with Revenue Cycle, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and other service teams. The role leads key Finance functions, including decision support, financial planning and analysis, capital budgeting, and operational budgeting, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve performance and support short- and long-term strategies.
