Data Collection Associate, V-CARE AmazonData Collection Associate, V-CAREBellevue, WAKey job responsibilities Key job responsibilities * Partner closely with Program Coordinators/Data Collection Leads/Data Collection Specialists by adhering to data collection protocol and follow SOP to complete project objectives * Work one-on-one with research participants by moderating and assisting them through the research process to ensure research objectives are met * Support day-to-day operations of collection projects including reporting, moderating, etc * Own defined tasks within projects focused on improving parts of the data collection processes * Deliver high quality work under tight deadlines * Communicate internally with team members to identify issues and propose solutions for long term sustainability of processes * Support several projects at one time and accept re-prioritization as required * Perform basic troubleshooting tasks on any technical issues during collection and escalate as needed * Work indoor/outdoor 4-5 days per week in the field, traveling to multiple sites within 50 miles (this is not a work from home role) * Lift up to 30lbs when needed * Comfort and proficiency with gaming controllers, joysticks, or similar real-time navigation tools, with the ability to apply those skills in an operational environment.
