With the goal of creating project awareness and understanding, , the project and client-facing support position will require expert skill and experience in a variety of internal and external communication strategies, plus the ability to create strong relationships with impacted local residents and businesses, community/business organizations, elected officials, regulatory agencies, the client-owner, and company-internal constituents. The practice involves the design and execution of project-based public outreach and community relations plans for complex transportation infrastructure projects during the preliminary design/NEPA phase and construction.
