Knowledge of Telecom sites design development, power systems, cabling, grounding· Networking: Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with networking technologies, including routing, switching and SDWAN· Network Security: Working experience of network security principles and best practices, including the implementation of OTA encryption· Infrastructure Management and Monitoring Tools: Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Sierra AirLink Manager, CN Maestro, Provision, IMS, etc.· Good business acumen: Ability to manage business relationships across departments and understand business requirements to deliver on core projects and initiatives.· Qualifications: • College/University Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in designing, building, deploying, testing, and supporting enterprise radio infrastructure.
