The Field Manager is “in our streets” ensuring that the Ambassadors facilitate safety, cleanliness, and meaningful access to shelter, food, medical care, behavioral health care, testing, medication-assisted treatment, and other support services. GLIDE maintains an "open door" policy to the community and its clients, who frequently enter and leave the building.
