THE EXAMINATION PROCESS The examination process may consist of the following: Online Examination: 100%: A job-related written examination may be administered which may test a candidate's interpersonal relations and customer service skills, computer software usage, record keeping, English usage and grammar, reading comprehension, math, safety, and report writing. Under supervision, performs office and fieldwork related to the development of positive neighborhood relations and interactions through a variety of community-building tools, inspection and enforcement of applicable codes and ordinances, and may be assigned to a specific program activity.
