10+ years of long-standing experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Commercial Operations, or related business leadership functions within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CDMO, life sciences, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead and develop the Aldevron Business Unit Program Management organization, including direct oversight of all Program Managers and leadership of talent strategy, succession planning, capability development, and organizational effectiveness.
